  • How fast will I hear back, and when do you actually start?

    We know that every minute counts. That is why we react to every report immediately. Once we have all the necessary data, the cleanup usually takes just one day. We will keep you posted every step of the way. In exceptional cases like bank holidays, our response time might be slightly longer, but it will never exceed 24 hours.

  • Can you fix any type of hacking attack?

    Yes. There is no infection we cannot handle. We specialise in bringing websites back to full health after any type of attack.

  • How much does the cleanup service cost?

    The cost of cleanup depends on your website type and hosting environment. For a single site, the service costs $250 net, while for an online store, it costs $500 net.

    Viruses often spread between sites on the same account. If your other sites are healthy, we’ll check and secure them for $125 net each. If they’re infected as well, our standard clean-up pricing applies. We make sure your entire hosting account is free of threats.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    After the service is completed, we issue an invoice that includes all necessary bank transfer details.

  • Do you provide a guarantee for your work?

    Yes, and this is crucial to us. While no company can promise your site will never be targeted again, we offer a 30-day guarantee for your peace of mind. If the infection returns within 30 days of our repair, we will clear it again, completely free of charge. We want you to feel safe and not worry about a relapse. Notably, so far, not a single one of our clients has had to use this guarantee because the sites we repair are secured properly from the get-go.

  • What do I need to prepare for you to get started?

    To hit the ground running, we will ask for secure access to your site files via FTP, SFTP, or SSH once you accept the quote. Occasionally, we may also need access to your hosting control panel. We never store your data longer than necessary and only use it to perform the service. For your peace of mind, we always recommend changing your passwords once the job is done.

  • Can I fix it myself by restoring a backup?

    No. Restoring a backup is only a temporary fix because it does not close the security loophole that led to the infection. Without locating the source, the attack will return. Worse still, backups often contain hidden backdoors that make it easy for hackers to strike again. We eliminate the problem at the root. Even if you have a list of infected files, that’s just a symptom. We locate the actual vulnerability, a task that requires human expertise rather than just automated tools.
