    • How quickly will I get a reply, and when do you actually get going?

      We know that every minute counts. That’s why we respond to enquiries straight away. Once we have your details, clearing the infection usually takes just 1 day. We keep you in the loop throughout. In exceptional circumstances (public holidays and the like), response times may be a little longer, but never more than 24 hours.

    • How quickly can you remove an infection?

      In practice, we clear nearly every infection within 24 hours of starting work. That comes from experience — we know WordPress inside out and where to seek the source of the problem, rather than fumbling around in the dark.

    • How much does the cleanup service cost?

      The cost of cleanup depends on your website type and hosting environment. For a single site, the service costs $250 net, while for an online store, it costs $500 net.

      Viruses often spread between sites on the same account. If your other sites are healthy, we’ll check and secure them for PLN 300 net each. If they’re infected as well, our standard clean-up pricing applies. We make sure your entire hosting account is free of threats.

    • What do I need to prepare for you to get started?

      We can get straight to work, once you’ve accepted the quote, we’ll ask you for secure access to your site’s files on the server (via FTP/SFTP/SSH). Sometimes access to the hosting control panel will also be needed. We don’t keep your data any longer than necessary, and we use it only to deliver the service. Once the work is finished, we always recommend changing your passwords for complete peace of mind.

    • Do you handle difficult cases?

      Nothing is impossible for us. We often pick up cases that have got stuck with other providers. And in those situations too, we work methodically and quickly, because we know where to look.
